Accurately seeing the patterns in a client’s posture and movement is essential to identifying why body symptoms occur and recur in the structure. Aston® Postural Assessment teaches a system to identify body patterns and uses movement labs to sense movement in one’s own body to see changes in others.

Move (AM 201):

Explore Aston Movement™ designs to find and sustain a neutral range for living and working with less stress and greater effectiveness. Learn movement designs tailored to your client’s specific needs so they can learn to release habitual tension patterns and explore new possibilities. The knowledge of basic movement functions enhances all aspects of complex human function.

Feel (AFI 301):

Learn an Aston Fascial Integration™ technique that can change and integrate tissues from superficial to deep layers. This will include a practicum for partner exchanges. Practitioners can learn with more ease from the surface layers through the deeper layers including the skeletal structures. It can enhance the effectiveness of all manual therapies while decreasing the amount of stress and effort on the practitioner.

This class provides 12 CEUs over the 2 days- April 22nd & 23rd 10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm
