Returns and Exchanges

Please review the following if you would like to return or exchange any of our products

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we can assure our customers of the quality of all our ergonomic products that have been designed for their structural support needs. 

In the event that you need to return one of our products, please review the following, and do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include with your return the invoice/packing slip with your name and order number, the reason for the return. All items/products must be in re-salable condition.

To return a product:

  1. Inform us by email that you would like to return your product(s) so that we will keep an eye out for the package in the mail.

  2. Address the package to:

  3. Once the package is received we will refund your card for the price of the product(s), and you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

To exchange a product:

The simplest way to exchange a product is to order the correct wedge that you would like through our online store, and return the other product by the above method. Our online store calculates the shipping and handling charges, and gives you a secure way to process your order. Once we receive your returned wedge, we will refund your card for the price of the wedge. Please allow 5-10 business day for the refund to reflect in your account. If you would rather do an exchange, please use the following procedure:

  1. Inform us by email that you would like to return your product(s) so that we will keep an eye out for the package. If you know which wedge you would like to return, please let us know that this step so that we can calculate the estimated shipping and handling charges.

  2. In your returned package, please include the receipt/packing slip - so we are informed as to which order the exchange is going through. Mail your package to:

  3. We will contact you by email once we receive your product in the mail, and we will set up a time for our office to call you on the phone to collect your credit card information. We will need to charge you for any increased pricing differences for the new product, in addition to shipping and handling charges for the new package.

All sales are final for irregular or discontinued products. All sales of DVDs are final and cannot be returned. Books that are returned must be in excellent condition with no marks, turned pages, bent covers, etc.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including returns and exchanges.

Digital products are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No refunds will be given for any reason. Your digital product link will expire in 24 hours, so make sure it is downloaded before this period expires. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties you may incur when attempting to download.
