Judith Aston will be teaching a live course this month. This class is designed to help connect all of us around the world, and to give you an opportunity to experience the work that is Aston® Kinetics. Read on to learn a little more about the class.
This class is open to everyone who wants to learn a little more about their bodies, and experience the magic of Aston® Kinetics.
This class will be 1 hour in length, and will be LIVE. This class will not be recorded for you to watch later. Because this class is participation based, Judith wants to be able to see you in real time and help give you some immediate feedback to enhance you experience of the movement designs.
Space will be limited, so if you are not sure if you can make the class - only register when you are sure. Otherwise, you will be taking a spot from someone else.
You will need some materials to better participate in this class. Once you register, we will send you an email with all of the necessary information for you to join and make this class a success.
